BAR ACADEMY
TRAINING PROGRAM

Due to high demand, we are now offering you a once in a life time opportunity to learn from the best!

 

We will be giving professional bar training, teaching you all there is to know about bartending, cocktails, techniques, recipes, building your own bar, food cost calculations, budgets, managing policy and skills, etc in several modules.

 

Each module consists of a specific practical and theoretical package of lessons, including a mentorship exclusively between you and the bartender. Rob will teach you one-on-one everything there is to know to understand our craft and industry.

 

For the amateur, the enthusiast or the professional wishing to increase their knowledge and skills; this is the place to be.

 

You own a catering business, restaurant and/or bar and would like to enhance or fine tune your team’s capabilities? Our instructor has 30 years of experience in fine dining gastronomy as a Maître d’, sommelier, cook and bartender and has performed in some of the greatest restaurants in the world for the biggest part of his career.

BASICS 

3 months

6 sessions: 2 Mondays per month according to availabilty, 4 hours per session max.): 2495€ (VAT included)

 

Learn all there is to know to get started: organising your bar, what products to buy, stock management, basic skills (stirring, shaking, building…), tasting, learning different categories of cocktails and drinks…

 

Upon completing the course, you will receive a document stating you’ve mastered the material. This document is in no way a legal diploma, but a statement that proves your skill and knowledge, therefore increasing your own market networth.

 

Make sure to bring pen and a notebook.

 

All necessary ingredients and tools are provided by us for the duration of the class.

CLASSICS

3 months

6 sessions: 2 Mondays per month according to availability, 4 hours per session max. : 1950€ (VAT included)

 

Learn a new series of classics every week, 4 cocktails per series.

 

From Short drinks to Daisies, Punches, Gimlets, Toddies, After Dinner Drinks, Pick-me-ups, High-balls and Tiki: we’ll teach you the most popular and sought after drinks in each categorie.

Advanced DIY and Prep Masterclass

6 sessions: 2 Mondays per month according to availability, 4 hours per session max.): 1650€ (VAT included)

 

Learn how to make your own syrups, infusions, liqueurs, cordials and specific garnishes.

 

How to make pickle brines, sweet&sour mixes, cordials, emply zero waste or how exactly how to cut, slice and peel your garnishes for specific purposes.

Advanced Tasting & Techniques Masterclass

6 sessions: 2 Mondays per month according to availability, 4 hours per session max. : 2150€

 

Learn how to make the difference. By teaching additional techniques such as fatwashing, clarification, throwing and the difference in using different types of one spirit to create complete new flavour profiles for your drinks you will learn how to improve your drinks even further to the next level.

Masterclass Low ABV and NA drinks

6 weeks (2 mondays per month according to availability, 4hrs max per session): 1950€ (Including VAT)

 

Learn how to put maximum flavour in your drinks without making them strong ar alcoholic at all. Flavour building, composing, switching, garnishing: all will be revealed.

 

Make people drink more, get them less drunk.

At the end of each course, you will receive a certificate of completion, stating you’ve mastered the material. This document is in no way a legal diploma.

 

All necessary tools and ingredients will be provided for during the classes. 

 

Please bring a pen and notebook.

 

Once payment is received, a schedule will be set up with you and a VAT ticket and bill will be issued to you.

 

And remember, the more you repeat and train at home, the better you will become.

We do not accept new incoming guests after 11pm on weekdays and midnight in the weekend.

Last orders are served at the bartenders discretion. Once they are served, we do not take new orders since cleaning has begun even if this means before midnight.
